MAKE CHANGE

The 2018 holiday campaign, Make Change, was created in partnership with global humanitarian organization Save the Children, with the message that even small change can have a big impact. The launch featured window displays, interactive in-store experiences, a social giving campaign, and a Save the Children public service announcement video featuring actor, and Save the Children Trustee, Jennifer Garner. Barneys New York Foundation created the hashtag #CENTIMENTS, which allowed customers to share positive and inspirational holidays sentiments and sayings which included a $5 donation for every post to Save the Children.

As part of the campaign, our team donated a portion of our Holiday budget to the Save the Children foundation. With this, we were challenged to use our knowledge of materials and resources to create installations that were compelling, innovative, and did not extend beyond our projected spends. We focused on the “centiments” concept and created various points within the stores including a “Wishing Well” infinity room and exterior lounge along with multiple coin vortex donating stations. Additionally, I worked closely with Elliot Blanchard: We Are Prism on conceptualizing and producing the custom animation featured in-stores and online.
